Dynamics of people way of thought, enhancement of awareness level in regard with civic education, curiousness of youth towards politics has compelled Nepal politics to be build up at new periphery and pattern with level of honesty and commitment to empower the sovereignty of people as well as integrate the people with development activities. Peoples are aware about the fact of agenda enrichment backed up with practicability.

So ,they judge and assess their thought process,strategies,policies, manifesto of political parties based on the fact about its applicability , influences , impact in geo-political, economical,socio-cultural,legal and other factors too .We can analyse its impact in today’s political scenario where political leaders are tested and examined by people on certain basis of criteria.

People, being above by their political ideology they are preferring ideas,visions against their ideology which has opened up many new factors to be unveil in today’s political scenario. Though, people belief new young and energetic faces their visions, ideas, determination, new tested young people must do their politics linked up with 3D model of development.

1.Delivery based politics :
Being elected as a representatives from various constituencies ,first and foremost mindset they must be clear about the fact of setting mechanism to deliver sound public service delivery of good governance system, delivery of new technically approach in various sectors, forming and shaping of transparent and accountable model approach, delivering and advocating about holistic public policy , execution and application of budget, policy, strategies that could directly make impact in people’s way of living so that it can benefit and feel the existence of powerful representatives and government in a country.

When word comes delivery, people must experience the sound governance system in a country so that people can believe the crafted system of a country to embrace the existence of parenthood in a country to address and listen their intensified scorching problems.

2.Development based politics:
Nepalese people want positive change. They are thirsty and hungry about the developmental activities in various sectors. They are so much passionate to hear about the developmental vision and are eager to execute their action in developmental activities. Development ambit zone should be identified and prioritize according to necessity of people’s demand regarding development activities.

Government should expediate their negotiation to national and foreign investors and make them secure to lure their investment as well as technology and skill transfer in a country to boost the productive sector in a country which can contribute in an enhancement of employment opportunity and ascends the living standard of people .It should create a stern mechanism to punish the stakeholders who commit sluggishness in development activities and create hurdles in economic substantial growth.

Development is possible only when we understand its essence , its indicator, area and scope of research activities, hunting and brainstorming of new innovative ideas, globalize the village, liberalize our investment policies .Participate development approach should be our model approach of development so that it can promote ownership in development, promote the concept of development in time frame without delay. Development must be our new revolution in our country and it should be connected with people .

3.Diversification based politics :
Diversification in terms of age, caste, tradition, religion, cultural diversity, geographical diversity is one of the imperative beauty of country. It should be legally, mentally accepted by our new generation representatives. It should address the problems and suggestions of this diversified beauty .

Diversified ideas, visions must be  included in our public policy, public programmes and activities, budget ,periodic plan so that it can represent the voice of all people which can plunge our society in way of harmonized cooperation, coordination, coexistence and can make a baseline for overall peace and development in a country. Justifiable distribution  model of resource utilization , budget allocation and prioritization show be prime objectives of our new representatives in order to address the diversified society .

Respecting each others diversity should be our culture that should be inrooted in every citizen’s mindset, behaviour and attitude. Promoting each others diversified cultural values can create a common garden to share its value and importance leading a harmonized society in a country. It builds a platform to sustain good governance ,rule of law, economic progress and development ,stability in a substantial economic growth in a long term .

Obstensibly, 3D model of mindset of elected representatives can guide them towards the path of integrated developmental activities linking up with people’s movement, concerning them towards the people as a king and themselves as a people’s servant promoting people’s sovereignty , geographical integrity, embracing multicaste, multicultural diverse geographical specificities as well as fulfilling the aspirations of perpetual peace, good governance and overall development  and prosperity of a nation .
